By reimagining this crucial step in the booking process, we have achieved a remarkable double-digit increase of +13.6% in mobile conversion. APP

Our app exceeds download target +122%

Our app exceeded all expectations in 2024, achieving an impressive 1.9 million downloads, which is 122% above our target of 1.56 million. This remarkable milestone also represents a 39% year-over-year growth, showcasing the app's increasing popularity and success.

Thanks to this success, we are expanding our market reach, while driving return business and brand loyalty - the majority off app users are Radisson Rewards members.

This breakthrough can be attributed to our ongoing efforts to evolve and enhance the user experience. By continuously refining the app's features and functionality, we have been able to deliver an industry leading product.
