Localization

We celebrate our AI-language strategy being shortlisted at ICXA24!

We celebrate high revenue generation thanks to our AI-language strategy, which has been chosen as a finalist at the International Customer Experience Awards 2024! After the Korean language launch in April, we achieved an impressive 19.7x return on our initial investment in August 2024. Similarly, Japanese has delivered an excellent 7.4x return.

As part of our ongoing localization strategy, to capture business in more markets, we're planning to add Indonesian Bahasa to our language portfolio by year-end.

Product development

Now capturing global market demand with PayPal!

In a huge collaboration with IT and Finance, we now offer PayPal, the global online payment system, as a new payment option at 22 hotels. Not only do we plan to extend our reach later this year, but we will roll out Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods to increase customer convenience and capture more revenue.
