Booking funnel enhancements
After a short summer break, we’re back on track and ready to keep improving the app.
We’ve made some adjustments to improve clarity and usability across the app. These updates may feel small, but together they create a smoother user journey:
- Standardized date & time formats between Room Display and Checkout, now fully aligned with the user’s locale.
- Added a “hotel time” label in the checkout price summary so cancellation policies are clearer.
- Updated the search bar to automatically highlight the hotel tab whenever the places tab shows no results.

Checkout fixes
Our checkout flow has received special attention in this release. We tackled lingering bugs and polished interactions to make the booking process more reliable:
- iOS now accepts special characters in the “Add your details” form.
- Fixed an issue on Android where the marketing consent checkbox was missing.
- Hidden the additional guest module when there’s only one adult in the booking.
- Removed unnecessary decimals (“,00”) from total prices for a cleaner look.
- Unified voucher pop-up messages so they behave consistently on iOS and Android.

Other fixes and app stability
Beyond checkout, we focused on reinforcing the overall stability of the app by fixing technical issues and addressing crash reports:
- Fixed the price calendar for hotels marked as “under development,” ensuring proper date retrieval in Search, Room Display, and Property pages.
- Corrected the special character bug in the iOS enrollment form.
- Improved the flexible dates toggle so it remains selected even when searching with special rates.
- Resolved a pop up error in Room Display when tapping on the “Book Now” CTA in the hotel gallery.
On top of these, we’ve also tackled app crashes:
- Fixed a checkout crash on Android caused by unavailable items in the list.
- Fixed a crash in the account page after enrollment, previously linked to bitmap sizing issues.
