First ever Verified Net Zero Hotels successfully launched

We unveiled a brand-new digital experience for our first Verified Net Zero properties in Manchester and Oslo — a milestone in our sustainability journey.

With a refreshed visual identity and a reimagined user experience in all key digital touchpoints, we inform, inspire, and engage our guests. The promotion focuses on three unique selling points: 100% renewable energy, Low-carbon menus, and Minimal waste.

AI-supported translations lead the way to cost efficiency

We’re pioneering the use of AI-supported translations to scale our online content across markets more efficiently than ever. The rollout of the first five languages has already delivered impressive results — generating over €2.5 million in booking revenue while reducing the cost of launching new languages by 65%.

By integrating AI into our content workflows, we’re not only accelerating time-to-market but also laying the foundation for scalable, high-impact digital experiences across regions.

Our seasonal Summer Sale campaign delivered outstanding results, thanks to a strong focus on personalization. By tailoring content to each region throughout the online booking journey—together with our Marketing and CRM teams—we achieved a remarkable +235% year-over-year uplift in booking revenue on personalized touchpoints.

This success highlights the power of locally resonant content to drive global conversion. It also reinforces the strategic value of personalization in enhancing customer engagement and maximizing campaign performance across markets.
