Enhanced user journey
Some highlights of the latest digital releases ofour website and app

New upselling capabilities - multiple item selection independent from room capacity (hidden until TMS/CRS release)
On top of the already proven efficiency of upselling options as part of the booking process, the new website version introduces a more exhaustive and detailed flow to cover the user’s needs in terms of extras added to their booking. These new upselling capabilities make it possible for the user to add different items of one single stay-option to their reservation as well as enable the addition of extras out of the booking stay dates so that the customer can enjoy the different available options without needing to have a room booked.

Tier progress in the member's private area
A redesign of the tier progress in the member’s dashboard is now available on brand web. Aiming clarity in the communication of the member’s tier status, this enhancement provides more accurate and understandable information regarding their number of nights/stays completed. Depending on their way ahead to VIP status, personalized messages are displayed to Premium members and new values are showcased informing them about how many nights/stays they need to collect in order to keep their current status before the downgrade.

Search bar alignment with hotel lists
A new logic for search bars present in website pages, including a predefined hotel list, has been implemented. This new development allows a consistent reservation process by promoting in the search bar the same and only results as the properties added to the hotel list used in the build of the specific page, avoiding deviations and focusing on the highlighted properties.

Most important bugs fixed
▪ Accurate information in the Booking Summary of multi-room reservations
▪ Right-to-left languages alignment throughout the Booking Funnel and Checkout page
▪ Fixing the flickering in the home hero banners when the page is first loaded
▪ Suitable time format and language for check-in/check-out information in the Property Pages in all languages available
▪ Final fixing of pending topics for the (MFA) Multi-Factor-Authentication project and full activation of the development
▪ Adaption of the enrolment through QR code in all code formats ▪ Currency conversion accuracy along the reservation process and booking management

List of enhancements included (outside the mentioned ones)
▪ First batch for the adaptation and new design of UGC (User-Generated-Content)
▪ Appropriate calendar style in Thai language
▪ Adding the option to check standard rates when a promocode is added to the search
▪ All past bookings are now displayed, avoiding the past limitation of only showing past reservations up to the last 3 months
▪ The website is able to call Ignore for booking flows where the user returns back to the Room Display while in the Checkout page and other eligible cases
▪ Correct communication of errors when a redemption is performed at the same time another one is taking place (e.g. in two opened checkout pages)
▪ Customization of the message displayed when the filters applied throw no results
▪ Room Display various enhancements: proper alignment of elements, update of icons, filters and hyperlink look & feel (matching the new redesigned style)
▪ Alignment of all the steps in the Booking Funnel when a non-redeemable voucher is in use so that no point redemption capabilities are enabled

Bug fixes and continued backend preperation
In the backend, progress on implementing the Digital Key feature continues alongside bug fixes and stability enhancements. Additionally, enhancements to our Extras section are in development, allowing guests to specify the quantity of their desired upgrades.

Member dashboard improvements: Upgrade info and points expiry
We've made some new improvements to the Member Dashboard. Guests can easily view the number of nights or stays required to reach the next membership tier and stay informed about upcoming expiry dates. This enhancement aims to provide valuable insights and support to our members and keep them loyal.

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) implemented in App
Continuing our focus on security enhancements, we have implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in the app, offering our guests a more robust login process requiring a verification text on top of the password. This additional layer of security ensures a safer and more secure authentication experience for our valued members.
