Introducing Multi-Room Booking!
Some highlights of the latest digital releases of our website and app
Booking Funnel Improvement
Multi-room booking project is now live and ready to show incredible conversion results! With this project, the user now has the possibility to book different room types within the same reservation. Here are a few additional information:
- Radissonhotels.com customers are able to select different room types based on their needs
- The rate and meal plan selected are shared among the full reservation
- Upselling options are presented based on each of the room types selected
- Pricing is adapted for each of the cases
- Every room’s needs can be managed independently from the rest

Other Enhancements and Bug Fixes
- Online M&E Booking Tool (OMEBT) Optimization : Performance enhancements on Search Results and Room Display pages, together with some UX changes enhancing the journey.
- Analytics Strengthening : Helping to make data-driven decisions.
- Merchant Initiated Transaction (MIT) UX adaptation : The consent has been moved to the rate details, following best practices - Ready for roll out!
- Guest Satisfaction Survey processes upgrades : emails arriving from the Contact Form (brand.com) are recognized with the correct sender’s email address instead of a generic one.

Introducing Multi-Room Booking!
This update includes key improvements, with the most notable being the introduction of Multi-Room Booking. Users can now reserve different room types within a single booking, bringing more flexibility and convenience to the process.
What's New?
- Guests can book multiple room types in the same reservation
- The selected rate and meal plan apply across all rooms
- Upsell options are customized based on each room type
- Pricing dynamically adjusts according to selections
- Each room’s preferences can be managed separately

Bug Fixes and Performance Enhancements
With this release, the app experience is now aligned with the web platform, ensuring a seamless booking journey across both channels. Additionally, several important bug fixes have been implemented to improve app stability and performance and fix various UI tweaks primarily affecting Android users.
Some examples include:
- Android App - Price Calendar: The regression that prevented the price calendar from loading has been fixed, and price decimals have been removed in the Flexible Price Calendar for clearer display.
- Android App - Analytics: Error messages in forms now capture values more clearly, avoiding non-understandable entries.
- Android App - Home Icon: The home icon color issue after logging in with Premium or VIP accounts has been corrected.
- Android App - New Bottom Navigation Bar: The new navigation bar has been successfully adapted for a more intuitive user experience.
