Upselling features now available on Web & App!

Thanks to our new Upselling feature, our guests can purchase an upgraded room, or add a service to their original booking. Upsell includes: room upgrade, extra bed, baby cot, early check-in, late check-out, F&B services and parking.

This new feature expands our merchandising capabilities with the attempt to increase the order value and maximize profit.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Green Housekeeping for a more sustainable stay

In more than 250 hotels, since February, our guests can opt for a more sustainable stay! While booking, by choosing the option Green Housekeeping, guests can save up to 35 liters of water per room! Instead of full daily housekeeping, our hotel staff will change guests' towels and rubbish daily, and fully clean the room on the second or third day as needed. In exchange for this saving, our guests receive a soft drink voucher to spend at the hotel or they can choose a 1 EUR donation to Just a Drop.

New Radisson Rewards for Corporations

Our website just got more tailored to corporations that are members of our Radisson Rewards loyalty program. This enhancement adds a totally new audience to our already existing programs for individuals.

By accessing to their profiles, corporate members will have a customized dashboard to manage their company bookings, members in their network, preferences and rewards points.

PROCESS & EFFICIENCY

New image gallery automation

With this project, not only have we evolved the galleries on our website to have the ability to showcase all types of visual assets, including 360 images and virtual tours, but also the ability to synchronize them with ICEPortal, our digita asset management tool used within our company. This allows the hotel to manage all imagery in one platform, and the web to serve updated images at the same time they are served to 3rd party websites including OTAs.

REVENUE DRIVER

New In-House RFP feature in our meeting room booking tool

Online Meeting & Event Booking tool is now available for all properties. In addition to instant booking, the tool can now take Request for Proposals for larger or multi-day meetings as well as group bookings in any of our properties.
