Enhanced user journey
Some highlights of the latest digital releases ofour website and app
New Room Display
The New Room Display has been significantly improved based on user feedback, including a prominent toggle for member and public rates, reworked messaging, default showcasing of Member Only rates, redesigned labels, aligned buttons, improved room information display, and optimized mobile adaptation. An A/B test will be conducted to assess the impact and performance of these enhancements, aiming to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.

New Radisson Rewards number format
Due to some friction with the Radisson Rewards number, a new display has been implemented all over the website.
The number format has been split into four blocks of four digits each, resembling a credit card format. This change enhances visual appeal and intuitiveness. Now, the revised format is consistently displayed in all sections of the website where the Radisson Rewards number is retrieved, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Users optting in to email communications - New Loyalty Program
As part of the New Loyalty Program, a new feature encourages members to interact on the website and get rewarded for accepting email communications.
New members or recent logins will see a pop-up to opt-in, while existing members will be shown an eye-catching banner for subscribing to marketing deals.
Invoice of past stays
Users can now conveniently download the invoices of their past stays with the following options:
For EMMA hotels, the feature is accessible under the label 'Request invoice,' and for OPERA hotels, it can be found under the label 'Request invoice by email.' This enhancement provides greater convenience for our valued users.

Important bug fixes
Travel Agent ID number is saved during B2B program enrolment
Correct journey for expired/invalid links accessed in VeBo (Vertical Bookings) reservations
Clarity in price summary when Upselling options are added to the booking
Mirroring of web automated room galleries and IcePortal listings

New enhancements
External booking capabilities now applied to Destination pages
Lazy loading for virtual tours is enabled on Overview and M&E pages, and virtual tour templates where tours are embedded
Countdown displayed on Upselling page, indicating the time remaining to complete booking before session expires
