Some highlights of the latest digital releases of our website and app

Improvements for Corporate accounts and OMBT
Regarding Corporate accounts, this release brings new enhancements. ADMIN members can now access a dashboard, displayed on the account's main page, with personal and corporate information, their role, names of the deputy administrators, and the company RadissonRewards number.
On the other hand, the Online M&E Booking tool also got its own enhancements: any logged-in user will now see their information prepopulated on the Checkout page and performance have been improved.

Other enhancements and bug fixes
• Online Check-in: during the quick enrollment process in OCI, the interaction is sent to MKT only when the RR enrollment is finished to avoid overflowing the user with emails + the consent flag management is also updated to adapt whether the user completed the opt-in process
• Facilitator ID: all bookings done in WEB are, in CRS, assigned a default facilitator ID if no specific one was previously assigned
• Property pages: performance improvements as well as bugs' fixes in price calendars and FAQs
• RTL languages: improvement of elements' display

Better overall experience
- • Update of SDKs (Akamai and Tealium) – An SDK (Software Development Kit) is a set of tools and resources developers use to integrate specific services or features into an app. Updating these allowed us to improve the app performance, add new features, and fix issues.
- • Inclusion of member email in analytics – This enhancement supports more targeted audience creation in Google by enabling the sharing of hashed customer email lists for more precise marketing campaigns.

Errors
• Booking funnel and account page – In some endpoints, multiple requests were being sent, causing errors throughout the booking funnel. Now, only one request per endpoint is made, improving overall stability.
• Android - users not being able to log in – There was an issue with processing data when special characters (like & ' < >) were used in login credentials, causing login failures. This has now been fixed, and Android users can log in correctly without changing their login information.

Reservations missing on Stays page
Some users couldn’t see their bookings due to an issue with loading user details. This has been fixed, so bookings now load even if there’s an error fetching user info. Additionally, for users with many bookings, loading past and future reservations could take too long. We've increased the waiting time for these requests to ensure they load properly.
