What's new in
Radisson Hotels?

New Food & Beverage section - Restaurant Search!

Bug Fixes and Performance Enhancements
We’ve been focusing on improving the app’s stability to make the user experience more reliable and easy. This update includes important fixes to reduce crashes and cut down on error pop-ups related to content. These are some of the issues that have been fixed:
- Resolved an issue where the push notifications where not redirecting users to the offer landing page by upgrading Airship's latest sdk (Software development kit) version.
- We tackled an Android crash caused in the sign in page when entering an invalid Radisson Rewards number, reducing disruptions for our users.
- Updated the Quantum Metric SDK, which has helped address stability issues and crashes on iOS.
- We have started investigating an issue related to users being unexpectedly logged out in iOS devices. Our team is actively monitoring the situation to understand its cause and implement effective solutions.
- Resolved an issue that occurred when searching for destinations with all external hotels. The bug prevented users from seeing search results at first glance—especially on iOS, where results wouldn’t load properly.
- We've improved the search functionality by ensuring that the special rate linked to a promotional code remains correctly applied. Previously, if a user switched to a previously used promo code, the special rate would not be retained in the search bar. This fix now ensures that the correct promo code remains selected.
- We resolved an issue related to the "Favorite Hotel" feature, where the wrong hotel name was being displayed in the search bar for VIP members. Now, the correct favorite hotel is shown as expected.
- Additionally, we reviewed and worked on fixing deep link redirections within the app for Android users, ensuring a smoother experience when navigating through external links.
