Introducing a New Way To Manage Your Stay!
Some highlights of the latest digital releases of our website and app

New Food & Beverage Section - Restaurant Search!
The new Restaurants Hub presents itself as a new tool to explore and discover all RHG Restaurants, which are understood as stand-alone entities, so that the great variety of dining options starts to be a proper product, unlinked to a hotel stay, which increases awareness among our customers.
The Restaurant Search portal includes:
- A Landing page, where users are presented with recommended options either:
- Near them, based on their IP connection to display the closest options.
- Or, restaurant outlets within the area of their next upcoming booking, if they are logged-in as Radisson Rewards members.
- Near them, based on their IP connection to display the closest options.
- A Search Results page, where customers can explore all the alternatives for a preferred destination, including:
- Quick access filters to adapt to the users’ needs.
- Drect browsing to the hotel’s Restaurant & Bar pages.
- Speedy table booking with third parties (The Fork, GatroPlanner, …).
- Opening hours, menu and cuisine type information.
- Quick access filters to adapt to the users’ needs.
With this initiative, more customers will be visiting our dining outlets at the same time that local markets are supported and awareness is created.

A New Way to Manage Your Stay!
With this update we are launching a new way to manage your stay!
For your upcoming bookings, you’ll have all your hotel details in one place—from managing your reservation and exploring amenities to a seamless online check-out.

Introducing the Digital Access Point
The Digital Access Point (DAP) in RH APP offers a seamless way for guests with upcoming and active bookings to explore and access hotel services. Available within the reservation summary, alongside basic hotel information links and reservation details, DAP enhances convenience and engagement.
With two new key modules—In-Hotel Services and Merchandising—hotels can provide a personalized, on-brand experience that enhances guest satisfaction and boosts revenue.
- In-Hotel Services (Highlights Carousel): Enables guests to book a table, chat with reception, schedule spa treatments, and more, all from their phone.
- Merchandising (Promo Slider): Allows hotels to showcase exclusive local offers, travel ideas, and city events, inspiring guests and driving upsell opportunities.
By customizing a hotel’s content on DAP, we ensure that guests engage with the most relevant services, leading to higher service utilization and a more memorable stay.

Bug Fixes and Performance Enhancements
This release also brings important fixes aimed at improving overall stability and user experience.
Other Key Updates Include:
- Error Fixed in Search Result Page: We continue working towards an error-free app! This time, we fixed an issue that occurred when searching for destinations with all external hotels. The bug prevented users from seeing search results at first glance—especially on iOS, where results wouldn't load properly.
- Search with Special Rate: We've improved the search functionality by ensuring that the special rate linked to a promotional code remains correctly applied. Previously, if a user switched to a previously used promo code, the special rate would not be retained in the search bar. That fix now ensures that the correct promo code remains selected.
- Wrong Favorite Hotel in Search Bar: We resolved an issue related to the "Favorite Hotel" feature, where the wrong hotel name was being displayed in the search bar for VIP members. Now, the correct favorite hotel is shown as expected.
- Deeplink Redirection: Additionally, we reviewed and worked on fixing deep link redirections within the app for Android users, ensuring a smoother experience when navigating through external links.
