Linking reservation capacities

Any member recognized as a guest in a booking can link their reservation to their profile and earn the corresponding points.

Once the room booking is linked to the member's profile, it confirms point earnings, updates point totals, and displays the booking in the Radisson Rewards dashboard's "My Reservations" section.

These new capabilities apply to all types of bookings, whether single or multi-room.

Display of Redeemed Points

Within this new version, the correct number of points redeemed is guaranteed to display correctly in all scenarios, including for partial redemption and award nights (full redemption) as well as any kind of booking, personal or business reservation, no matter if it's a past, active, or upcoming booking.

Customer Support Application

The project's aim is to offer users the ability to submit a formal complaint about their stay, which will be connected to a reservation number. All possible natures of the complaint will be covered through an easy-to-use form.

• iOS mobile web allows special characters in user credentials.

• Ensure complete statement transparency, addressing missing details.

• Provide comprehensive transaction descriptions (booker points, stay points, M&E).

• Enable special character usage in member account passwords.

• Update static feed across website languages.

Other enhancements

• Finalizing the code cleanup for Choice decommission, marking the full deactivation phase

• Adding a countdown feature to upselling pages to notify users of the time left before their session expires

• Implementing automated gallery lists for Restaurants, Meeting Rooms, OMBT (Online Meeting Booking Tool), and various modules, including multimedia files that support 360 and immersive content

• Standardizing the date format for gallery videos from different sources
